It's great, it really makes cool changes to the turn based genre, it's fun and original https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aI-xg7ILj0 Not sure why it has mixed reviews, it's a great card game with a lot of progression and tactical options. You chose a character and try to loot maps until you either die or defeat the boss. There is a lot of creativity because you can get card, make builds and even customise your hero. It is a bit grindy but if you play bad you advance slowly, it's well worth the price.5 found this helpful
I was kindly given a key to the game by the dev. This game is addictive and incredibly replayable. There's 5 stages and 5 characters to play with. You can choose the difficulty level for each run you do, which gives a lot of flexibility to the player. I really love how there's multiple viable strategies to go with rather than a specific way to beat each map. For downsides, I don't like the usage of generative AI and the sound effects are poor. I really hope the dev works on an update to replace the images with real art. I also didn't like the "voice acting" for the NPCs you meet throughout the experience. I think this a very good game with room for improvement. For example, there's an unlockable character whose special abilities are 100% RNG and that caused me to lose many runs because of something I could not prevent or adapt to. I also encountered some minor visual glitches but nothing game breaking and I although I already…2 found this helpful
It's just an itch that you never expected you needed scratched. It involves base building (a different kind), survival, cards, just things that you would never expect to fit but do! It's a good game, worth the money and I cant wait to see what else is up the devs sleeve.1 found this helpful
