About Deal of the Dead Final Cut
Deal of the Dead: Final Cut is a Solitaire-style, survival horror, card game.
Fight your way through a zombie-infested city in search of rescue. Wield a variety of single-use melee weapons and reloadable ranged weapons to take down the undead. Increase your chances of survival by rescuing other survivors and searching for first aid kits and other usable items along the way. Each deck is randomized and reshuffled as you progress through different locations to ensure a unique play though every time.

A short tutorial and campaign introduce the gameplay features with a simple narrative and progressive difficulty level. Additional gameplay modes and challenges are unlocked upon the completion of the campaign.
Completing the Campaign unlocks Freeplay mode (and additional content). Freeplay mode allows you to fully customize your gameplay experience with settings to input your name and adjust your avatar, difficulty level, number of locations, number of bosses, special weapons, and game background, etc.

Pretty cool card game with zombie apocalypse concept. Controls are pretty simple and straightforward. IMO the cons about the game is the use of AI to create the art, and a few of the mechanics that could be improved (for example allowing a survivor to change weapon, and not to spend all the bullets for an enemy with lower health). Overall it was a fun experience.1 found this helpful

[strike]Currently cannot recommend due to the fact that fullscreen mode will screw up the resolution and there's no way to convert it back to windowed mode.[/strike] 12-25-25: Uploaded it after updating a bunch of drivers and IT WORKED! It's a simple card game, kill the zombies, survive to the chopper and don't get bit. Very light and straightforward choices makes this a nice filler game when you're bored.

What a depressing game.
As a big fan of solitaire/single player card games and survival horror, this hit the mark for me. The base rules are fairly simple. You have one survivor card slot, one player character slot, and two equipment slots (one hand that you can use, and one bag for holding). There are 4 encounter cards you have to handle, and once three of them are handled, three new cards are dealt out. The encounter cards can be enemies, survivors (allies), weapon, or health. When you get a new location card it normally clears the encounter cards and you begin a new. Now for some of the cons of the game. The tutorial doesn't do an amazing job teaching you all the rules, and specifically the card effects. For instance, the shotgun will damage all enemies, but there's pretty much no way to find this out besides just using the card. I believe the icon on the card implies this, but no where in the game is it written down. Another key mechanic is that if you drag a survivor to an enemy, the survivor will deal max damage to the enemy, but the player won't eat any left over damage. However, if you drag an enemy to a survivor, survivor will deal max damage, but left over damage will go to the player (howeve…
