It is a great CRPG but overwhelming to get into. The games punishes you in many ways, no shame in savescumming on your first playthrough but experimenting, learning and being through with the exploration is really taxing timewise. Once you get the hang of it, you can see all the incredible and neverending combinations to explore and satisfy your roleplaying itches with more trial and less error. I wish the menu was less clanky to navigate and that some bonuses were shared among all characters plus some few adjustments like not putting spells on cooldown when out of combat but it is mostly nitpicking (or not really).
Finally done with Divinity 2 at 100+ hours lol (and i still think i missing some SQ) as expected from Larian. Story is always good for a Larian games (even tho BG3 still better imo but since DOS2 came first, its kind of understandable) The story is kinda fast to me, especially Chapter 3 and 4 (where 1 is the best and 2 is Okay-ish) would love more story especially on chapter 3. Graphic is nice. The only cons for me is we forced just to lock up to 4 people, not like BG3 that have many substitute that can be changed over time in game. TL:DR : Just clearing DOS2 and ready for DOS3, hopefully its better and give us more playtime.

I enjoyed this game. The story was solid, combat fun, voice acting good, music nice, exploration was fulfilling. There are some annoying things like inventory management, companions not memorizing some plot point you learned, so they exclaim shock several times, and camera sometimes zooming too far in. The problems don't happen too often though so they didn't ruin the experience for me.
