Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
You can view my gameplay & early impressions here: https://youtu.be/UGPMeY_cNWI I was having fun playing this game. However, it is rough around the edges and it has some out-dated mechanics. The two biggest negatives for me was the point gun down to reload mechanic and the inventory system (press button and see floating icons that you select). The game also has like an AI-made aesthetic that makes it appear like it may be low-quality. It's also too dark in some areas. Despite all those negatives, I was having fun. The biggest thing is that the game keeps you on your toes throughout. It's easy to get over-run by enemies. Enemies will either blitz you or get behind cover and try to pick you off. You have to be smart in distance management and getting behind cover. You can't be too aggressive or too defensive. You have to pick your spots to do either. The boss fights were fun (especially the second one). The upgrades also feel good. You pick the weapon you want to upgrade (AR for me) and the special abilities you want (rotating shield for me). The combination of the different weapons (pistol, shotgun, AR), the laser cannon, and the vampiric…18 found this helpful
Creative indie shooter with a great story and original gameplay
Yes, I do highly recommend this game. It's an indie game and it's not perfect, but it is incredibly engaging for a VR game. Let me start by highlighting the negatives:

Your hands clips through most stuff.
Graphics are not the best, human models specifically up close are uncanny to say the least. (as a counterpoint, you get used to it pretty quickly and it enables the game play with great performance)
And the neutral, at least to me:

Interactivity with objects is not a strong point. It happens, but it's minimal. There is some basic physics with objects you grab.
Most sections of the game are corridor-shooter style interspersed with bigger arenas, a common trope in shooters.
Reloading is a simple matter of bringing down your weapon and up again.
There is a considerable amount of HUD elements in the screen. Some people think it harms the immersion.
You summon your weapons in the right hand by selecting from a floating menu, and to dual-wield you summon it two times, the first time grabbing it with the left hand.
There is a …10 found this helpful

Just finished the first level and yeah… this game’s got the sauce. The mechanics are on point. 100% worth the price. Do yourself a favor and grab it. Support VR devs so we can keep getting bangers.7 found this helpful
Was fun its got its challenge spots but it was pretty fun. My Main issue is I was getting suck on objects and walls but I had a fun time playing it I got 3 hrs in pretty quick.
Ive played the Meta Quest version on a quest 2 and started the steam version recently. Game looks and runs better on dedicated pc hardware of course. I had some user technical difficulties (infamous quest 2 stick drift) As for the game its a fun time and pretty good shooter with lots of great weapons and enemy types.
