About DMD Mars Mission
In the year 2081, Mars has been colonized due to the exploitation of a new mineral that became a key source of energy for humanity; but the insects that traveled from the earth hidden among the debris of the motherships, found a way to survive on the red planet thanks to the mineral fuel that also caused them to mutate into creatures of colossal sizes and resistant to conventional weapons.
The workers, oblivious to the adaptation of these beings, were unaware of this new plague that in a matter of hours put an end to all the workers in the mine.
DMD (Die Martian Die), corporation responsible for exterminating the pest accumulated in the entire universe, received the mission to go to Mars to destroy all the amorphous beings that invaded the FK16 mining facility.
This is a FPS game in VR where you take on the role of Nilo Vásquez who along with assistant Isabel Black are in charge of this new adventure, a couple that will not only have to face the huge mutant creatures but also the hostile personality of both that they play their lives every second.

✦ AI summary
Players appreciate the solid graphics, visual effects, and impressive production value for a two-person team effort, but criticize the gameplay as overly simplistic with only two weapons and limited mechanics—essentially a basic wave shooter where enemies follow predictable paths with no AI or progression systems. The experience is short and can feel repetitive, though some find it enjoyable at a discount price despite its lack of depth and innovation for the VR shooter genre.
Nice FX explosions everywhere wohooo, good level design and graphics and made it by a team of 2? Great Job!! More weapons for the next game please.2 found this helpful
Not even worth your time. Two guns, you just hold down the triggers the whole time and nothing else to do. This is one of the worst VR wavw shooters I have played. Just skip it.1 found this helpful
This is clearly one of the old VR games, when VR just started. Sadly, It's not fun. Endless hordes running towards you with just increasing numbers.
“Is this going to be a standup fight, sir, or another bughunt?" In the case of DMD Mars Mission, it’s another bug hunt. Nothing new or particularly exciting here, but nothing terrible either. Environments are pretty neat, the aliens themselves are good too but with real odd glowing crystals on them that seem out of place. The voice acting is amusingly poor – constant one-liners and flirty banter between our hero and a voice that teleports him from location to location. Game play itself is very straightforward – shoot aliens that come in from one of a few directions, manage your reloads so you’re not caught without ammo at an inopportune time. No upgrades or new weapons from what I could tell. Not too long, I finished it in just under an hour. I wouldn’t recommend it at full asking price, but I got it for a steal via a game bundle, and am happy with it for the price I paid. Thumbs: UP!
An indie game with solid graphics and good production values. Hope to see more games from this studio in the future.
Yes, I agree with some of the other reviews, it is a basic wave shooter, enemies have a set path, so no AI, and only two guns. BUT, I have thoroughly enjoyed may last half hour of playing the game, and I plan on playing all the way through after posting this review. I nearly didn't bother playing it because of the bad reviews, I don't think I would pay full price for it, but if it is on sale, then I'd say it is worth a go.
