✦ AI summary
Sharks of Mars offers creative weapon mechanics with interchangeable clips that provide different laser effects, appealing graphics, and an engaging concept of fighting mecha sharks on Mars with voice support from a companion. However, players report significant technical issues including poor Index controller support and weapon disappearing bugs during combat with Vive controllers, along with complaints about limited puzzle variety and brutal difficulty balancing, particularly in the final boss fight.
Sharks of Mars is a great game i recommand the graphism are great , the laser gun design is wonderfull and the idea to have to combine with clip behind the weapon is really awesome every clip can enable different effects like for exemple a sniper mode without the need to close one eye so our eyes ( i appreciate a lot this ) and can fire another type laser beam or another has an effect of explosion of course we would like more clips and color clip and type of beam but it is planned for the future lets speak of the game story and puzzle you are alone on Mars with a friend voice by phone to help you and an army of evil mecha sharks attacks you with a laser gun you must destroy every evil mecha sharks before they kill you and there is too few puzzles to resolve really captivating and sometimes like a mini game if the mode in easy mode can be probably quick to finish i played and recommand the mode impossible , the army of evil mechasharks have a great IA indeed sometimes they quickly go to hide behind you when another try to attack you from the front this great IA bring amazing moments and in the mode impossible there is an army of sharks for instance i have not finish…5 found this helpful
The index controllers never got the support they should have, especially since this is on STEAM. You would think a VR headset made for STEAM would work with all VR games on STEAM, but these developers didn't get them working. The index controllers will not interact with anything.1 found this helpful
1) Doesn't work on index at all. 2) Gun keeps magically disappearing int he middle of a gun fight with vive wands, leaving me shooting with my fingers. Altogether too janky.1 found this helpful
love the game and the music and the sharks, but when will we get the other chapters? plus balance the difficulty a bit please, that final battle is brutal and I sadly had to look up the ending cause I refused to play on easy for the sake of getting the ending
