El Matador is a Max Payne clone(3rd person shoot em up type game with slowmotion and shoot dodge) It's a nice and fun game and it has nice glass shattering physics but compared to Max Payne it's not that good. Lower the difficulty if you don't like having bullet sponge type enemies. I recommend this only if you have already played Max Payne 1-3,Stranglehold and Enter the Matrix and want to play another Max Payne type game.(I also got this for less than one dollar and it is a good value for that imo) But you have to download some fixes from PCgamingwiki since it has performance issues on today's hardwares. https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/El_Matador1 found this helpful
Meet the new brother of Max Payne.1 found this helpful
Bullet time is kind of unnecessary in this game, but it's still a short and decent experience if you treat it as an aim trainer. Yes, it's flawed in many ways, but it's not boring either, thanks to its streamlined and action-packed gameplay. Just make sure to quick-save every now and then to make the experience less frustrating. How to beat the final boss if you struggle: go to the upper deck and shoot him from there whenever he isn't coming upstairs. Easy win.
I unironically enjoy the gameplay more than Max Payne 1. Worse in almost every other way though.
