IO has made it so you can't buy the game or DLC. Yes, you can play all the games content in WOA I like to get all achievements in games and since I can't get the DLC for this game that means I can't do that.

From the Hitman reboot this might be the best one, enjoy it if you must, but the series goes downhill from here. At least the produciton values are fairly decent and the game runs reasonably well, the story is attrocious.
