Players praise the addictive Survivors-style gameplay loop, variety between worlds, and fun factor, particularly at a good sale price. However, the main complaints center on visual clarity issues with too many UI elements and effects cluttering the screen, making it hard to follow the action, along with some balance problems between abilities and repetitiveness over extended play. The game works well as a casual, relaxing experience despite these flaws.
Robots + space frogs = thumbs up. Pretty fun survivor rogue like, and almost bug free so yay devs. One weird Unity crash right as I was completing the (kind of annoying) final weapon unlock, but oh well. I wish the game had rerolls for level ups, and even though there isn't a level cap there is a limit to how much each power can get upgraded so you can run out of upgrades. Like most of these games, some weapons are clearly over or under powered, but I like that you can make weapons 100% more likely to show up or 100% less likely to show up. Too bad this is very expensive and uses the same currency as powering up your weapons, so isn't really worth it until very late. Still - fun time kill for a while2 found this helpful
An otherwise-decent survivor game that the devs messed up by soft-requiring online co-op. You can't finish the game without a small amount of co-op, there are so few people you'd have trouble finding anyone... and as of the time of this writing, multiplayer literally does not work at all. The button does nothing. So the game is impossible to finish because the devs wanted to squeeze a couple more pennies out of their audience by jumping on the co-op bandwagon for a game that really doesn't need it.1 found this helpful

I think this is a fine take on the survivors genre. In addition to the standard metaprogression upgrades you can also upgrade skills and weapons. The developers have split paying for these upgrades across multiple currencies which is initially confusing but once you know what currency is used for what upgrade it's fine. The game has multiple classes and you also have the ability to unlock alternate melee and ranged weapons. I found the performance to be pretty good, even with a lot on the screen. The visual art style isn't bad, but there is something about it that is straining to the eyes. When playing in co-op there is a long leash between players with regards to how far you can move away from each other and the camera will eventually force the players closer together which is annoying. I don't think the gameplay has a strong enough feel or the differences between classes & weapons is strong and distinct enough to where I'd want to spend time fully upgrading anything. The game has the systems to support spending more time with the game but the gameplay itself isn't strong enough to sustain that. In spite of that, the game certainly isn't bad, it's just average.
I like the game, but it has more playtime than content. It gets repetative alot faster than clearing the content
