This is an Escape Room experience that you can play solo or with up to 3 other friends.
You find yourself trapped in a Japanese-themed room. Solve puzzles, crack riddles and discover hidden secrets in your adventure to escape the house.

How long is the game?
As a classic Escape Room experience it is intended to be played once. Crafty players can complete the game in 30 minutes, but the average time is around 50 minutes.
If this is a short game, what stops me from refunding after I finish it?
As a gamer you understand the work that goes into creating these experiences, and are in principle up for paying for ones that entertain you. We hope that after escaping from Kyoto House you’ll feel good about the price you paid.
Will there be more content?
We will soon release a 'Horror Mode' which remixes the puzzles and greatly increases the difficulty, adding some terrifying new mechanics (and perhaps some evil spirits...) to the game. This mode will be free for people who own the game.
If Escape from Kyoto House proves to be popular, we really hope to release more escape experiences in the near future.

There Is NO Save Feature In This Game...It has to be played in one sitting!!!!!!!..A HUGE Negative. I recommend IF you can get it for 2 bucks or less. It's one of those games where they let you 'pick up' totally useless 'stuff' (I guess to add confusion). And, once you pick something up, it's almost Impossible To Examine It because trying to orient it with your 'mouse' is an Olympic event in itself! Overall, the game ran fine. AND, if you have a keen eye, you will get an hour or two of an escape room. But, in my opinion: "Don't pay more than a buck or two AT MOST".
Great game
The game was simple and the puzzles were straightforward. It took us around 50 min to complete the game, and there are no different levels. overall it is mid, but not a bad game
was a good puzzle game! took me a bit of time to solve! And gives me barony vibes :)
For the price on sale, it's not too bad. The puzzles are pretty good, a lot of "aha!" moments, but the game is incredibly short. If we didn't stop several times throughout the game, we would've beat it in under 30 minutes.
Cute little puzzle game. Fun to play with a friend but not required.
