Although I’m not usually a fan of text-based adventure games, this one managed to hold my attention for about an hour and a half. Yes, the storyline is quite simple and typical for the genre. However, the locations and navigation are thoughtfully designed and quite user-friendly. All the background images of the locations were created using neural networks, and I don’t see anything wrong with that. Sure, there are some visible artifacts, but the game’s focus is on reading the text rather than scrutinizing the scenery. Honestly, I’d prefer these AI-generated images over poorly made artwork by an inexperienced artist. That said, the price-to-quality-to-length ratio leaves much to be desired. Although I got this game for free, I understand that few would be willing to pay $15 for such a short adventure that doesn’t really stand out. The price should be about three times lower to feel more reasonable.3 found this helpful
