Spicy lasagna in your backdrop. You wanna get rid of it but you can't because melted cheese is stuck to the walls. Well actually you can just remove it from your library...
5 found this helpful
You should try it if you're into hidden object games.4 found this helpful
Don't recommend. Chapter 3 is super bugged and I restarted the chapter/reset my save so many times I lost count and it still didn't work. Super frustrating. Updated review: I'm still not sure I recommend this game, but I did manage to figure out the bug I was experiencing in Chapter 3 with the potions. I think it may be less a bug and more user confusion. I wish the instructions had been easier to understand. Putting the crystals in the vials in the opposite order from what I expected seems to have done the trick for me. If you're OK with some trial and error and looking for something quick with puzzles/hidden objects you might enjoy this game. I'm not sure it's worth the $5 though as the game can be completed in a little over an hour if you are quick.2 found this helpful
Left the iron on, still beat it. Shirt looks like a waffle now, worth it. Puzzles solved by steam power, story hits harder than grandma’s slipper. Would thumb up my own forehead if Steam let me.1 found this helpful
Escape The Past, developed by 3DDUO and published by Fun4Family and Plug In Digital, is a quiet, surreal point-and-click adventure that places atmosphere and symbolism above complexity or challenge. While it initially presents itself as a traditional escape-style puzzle game, it quickly reveals a more introspective direction, using its environments and mechanics as a way to explore memory, identity, and personal reflection rather than simply testing problem-solving skills. The game begins with a simple premise: you are stranded on an unfamiliar island and must find a way to leave. However, as you explore, it becomes apparent that this is not just a physical escape, but a psychological one. Scattered throughout the environment are fragments of a letter and other subtle clues that gradually reveal pieces of the protagonist’s past. These elements are not presented in a direct or linear fashion, encouraging players to interpret their meaning rather than simply follow a clearly defined narrative. This approach gives the story a sense of mystery, though it also means that much of its emotional impact depends on how much the player is willing to engage with its abstract presentation. Have to say this is pretty bad. The first chapter is OK and makes some sense, but the second one goes a bit off the rails logic-wise and the third chapter has a bug which didn't let me progress past it. Short, unmemorable, and skippable.1 found this helpful
