Everyone Moves With You

Satisfying retro platformer that features excellent character retro art, decent movement and a fitting soundtrack. Each level contains level star challenges that keeps gameplay interesting. These level challenges consist of “Beating the level within in 2 mins", "Collecting all level coins" and "Beating the level without taking damage”. It is worth mentioning that the game is currently in Early Access and still requires a few tweaks here and there, but it does have a developer who updates the game often and listens to suggestions. Overall, I enjoyed my time with this game and enjoyed getting all steam achievements.

Lucky me has the dubious honour of writing the first review for "Everyone Moves With You". Everyone Moves With You is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro pixel platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This Early Access nightmare was made with Unreal, and I can say without any shadow of a doubt this is not an asset flip. I wish that it was, because while asset flips suck, they're usually well polished (because the stolen assets are well polished). This is so bad it was almost physically painful to play. It's the most amateurish junk I've had the displeasure to witness on Steam. And I can qualify that by having played and reviewed more video games than anyone on the planet. I would say this was a painfully generic platformer, but it's not, it's worse than generic. You control a pixel woman-thing-blob and bounce floatily around badly designed and totally unpolished 2D retro pixel platformer levels, janking on bad hit detection and wishing the pain would stop. The quality of this "game" is deplorable. This is evident from the beginning... the main menu looks like it was assembled by someone throwing up on the keyb…
