[u][b]-Quick Review-[/b][/u] Everything started out fine... "Play this game sitting in my steam curator" Everything was fine for the first few hours. It reminded Atratzu of Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest... And then Atratzu started to lose and reset again and again and again... and he remembered why he quit playing Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest... a delightful combination of being bad at the game and awful RNG. [u][b]-Detailed breakdown review-[/b][/u] [b]Story:[/b] You play as "Felm" a letters swap away from pronunciation "Phlegm"... only oh wait, not really playing as Felm and Momo you're actually part of a group of mercenaries made up of tweens and teenagers waging war against Garfarian Empire. The story didn't really grip me. I can't really place my finger on what the "One Exact thing" that annoyed me about it... I was indifferent at best, I didn't care for the "chemistry" of the group. There were too many characters, and shuffling in new characters all the time. The plot was simultaneously too simple and not fleshed out: "Why are the bad guys bad?", "Why does everyone follow the leader Flem unquestioningly?", "Why should I care what happens to this group of default Anime jpeg's? …

A very good fire emblem clone. There will always be room for improvement, but it scratches that turn-based itch that is so hard to scratch these days with real time bullshot put out by the big companies. I will be buying the other games in this series; both because they are fun and also to support this type of developer. Thank you for some decent turn based games with soul.

This isn't a particularly good game, but I find it fun to speedrun at least. The game's sense of balance seems to be "let's throw huge waves of enemies at the player and have them go crazy." It can be fun, in a stupid way.

This game is a blast to play, very addictive and definitely scratches that "one more round" itch. The story is interesting, the battles are thrilling + require tactics, and the level-ups and party management are in-depth. For the price this a wonderful little gem of a game. Strong recommend.

If your into Fire Emblem and looking for something to play then this could possibly be the game for you as it wears it inspiration on its sleeve. Falnarion tactics see us taking on the role of Felm and Momo who are leading a rebel force against your standard evil empire but there is secret about Felm and Momo which makes them a target as opposed to a nuisance this may lead to fighting against some darker. Gameplay wise it a very typical tactics title and has all the features you would expect for something inspried by Fire Emblem. The main addition I enjoyed was how easy it was to bring up people to usuable no matter how late you get them in the game by being able to use one of the currencies as XP but as counter point to this due to the speed the story progress and sheer number of characters you get it can be difficult to decide on who to upgrade couple this with splitting the party and randomly removing people (I say randomly but it due to story reasons) it can very frustrating investing in a character to either not use them for a few mission or straight up never getting to use them again, this makes the side quest character very important as they are always with you. Low effort "S"RPG. Dont bother. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, of which I got plenty from all kinds of cheap mass-bundles, others I bought directly, yet others from sites like nivqgames.
