Looks to be a more skirmish like version of the previous Falnarion Tactics titles. This is the "we have it at home" of "We have Fire Emblem at home". It is free though.

Falnarion Tactics: Oathbreaker is a deliberately traditional strategy RPG that places tactical battles, faction allegiance, and character variety ahead of elaborate presentation or complicated secondary systems. Developed and published by Team Syukino, it takes place in the established world of Nerfelo and builds its central conflict around three competing factions: Drestibell, Inelda, and Kessania. Rather than forcing players into one predetermined side of the conflict, it makes allegiance part of the premise, asking which faction should ultimately conquer Nerfelo and shape its future. This gives the campaign a welcome sense of perspective and fits naturally with the military focus of a turn-based tactical RPG. The core experience revolves around fighting a succession of challenging battles across several maps while commanding an army associated with the player's chosen faction. Movement, positioning, unit selection, and careful planning are therefore more important than reflexes. The game is nice, but let's be honest. The game is just ugly, without any guide it's more like a try and find game. It isn't intuitive, even the first stage isn't the easiest one. After playing it a bit and winning my first quest (dragon liar) I have to say, it got potential, Now it's more a question of, if the game will meet a progress or not.
