At the turn of the millennium, the world of Tahnra is headed for a reckoning. The long and bloody conflict of Veridian Succession left the Empire of Veridia scarred, its people subject to brutal hardships. Under the reign of Empress Florina, the vicious cycle seemed to be broken, until a rogue General abducted her from the capital, mustering his own armies and raising the flag of rebellion. You, a young academy graduate, will command an expedition against these forces… a conflict that will set off a chain of events and shake the very foundations of the world.

he battle system is fun and i love making the parties. The fact in ng+ characters can be brought over is awesome. I just wish the material to do so was more readily available. But all in all a 10/10 would recommend to anyone who likes tactical rpgs
fun game
Amazing game
Came into the game blind, just based of some quick research into turn based strategy games like fire emblem. I was very surprised at how quick I got hooked onto the game. Before long I had already sunk 63hrs into the game, I loved the ability to micromanage every single squad and to try to figure out which combinations were the best. The traits, artifacts and upgrading each unit to tailor what I felt would best suit each squad really made this game amazing; more like an army manager rather than a single 'unit/hero' squad. Each unit has a name, a nature and sometimes random traits. which I really enjoyed. The experience from commanding a couple of squads to maximizing all 20 squad placements felt smooth, I was also excited at the bazaars whenever they appeared on the map. I started the game on Captain difficulty and it didn't kick my butt too hard, it was a good balance of completing the game while also retreating when I knew I was not optimized for the mission. The dialogue is a little outdated, but I did enjoy it with a hint of cringe. Though this is my first playthrough, I think I enjoyed the more 'canon' couples and may revisit the game to check out the other pairings. The s…
