Fated Souls is a fantasy role-playing game developed by Warfare Studios and published by Aldorlea Games that embraces the style and structure of classic role-playing adventures while delivering a story centered on determination, redemption, and personal growth. After playing it until the end, I can't say I completely hate it. But the game still has some glaring flaws that prevent me from recommending it either. From slow combat, boring dungeons, unlikeable characters, and lack of direction (for both the main quest and side quests, although there are steam guides that can help with that). But the story is decent enough, and the game is relatively straightforward. That's about the only positive I can give: that you can blast through it without too much thought. So if you're looking for a mid-tier jrpg to pass the time? It does its job okay enough.1 found this helpful
Fate promised epic battles - I got a candlelit waltz with ghosts who didn’t know my name. One even asked for my shoe size.1 found this helpful
