Fear the Dead

[h1]Game is far too dark to be enjoyable, which is too bad, because it actually seems like something of a fun game there.[/h1] I'm not going to recommend it at this time, unless the creator cleans it up a bit. I've played this game for about 40 minutes, and I'm trying to decide if I want to return it or not. While it was only $1.09 CAD I feel that it's not put together in a very aesthetic fashion. Mechanically, it sort of works. But I'm talking how it actually LOOKS AND FEELS. And it doesn't look or feel very good at all. Octomber. Yeah. That was an actual typo. I can forgive most things, but that is really, really bad. Not to mention the very poor english all throughout. Seriously, people: get someone to proofread your stuff and help clean up your scripts. It's becoming the norm, not the exception, for RPGMaker games. +Low Price Point ...Yeah, that's about all I've got. =Hunger and Thirst Meters are well-implemented, however, they seem to tick rather quickly. =Poor grammar. Remember those old get touched and die RPG Maker games that where huge in the early 2000s? Those games that mostly used tropes known from other games or movies? Here you can have that experience again and you will not enjoy it. The story could be something interesting but the writing and the gameplay kill it. Some things about the game: 1) You start easy, the game story and difficulty increases with time. 2) I think the dark tones are perfect for this kind of game. 3) The purpose of this game is to AVOID enemies with all costs, because if something would happen like this in real life you would run like hell and not charge a zombie. 4) Had some nice jump scares because of the zombies and envirovement. 5) The survival system is really nice, and the heartbeat sound fits. At different stages of health your heartbeat will become louder and more frequent and the screen will get bloody. 6) The close up camera gives a nice horror feeling because you can't actually see everything so far in the dark. 7) Again the close up camera gives a nice view of the graphics, it just feels more subjective. 8) There are some moral choices. 9) Exploring is nice because you find different things everywhere. 10) There are some quests. 11) You get hungry and thirsty overtime, the character will tell you at different stages, but you can also check your health, hunger and thirst using an item from the inventory.
