This game cured my mortality. This poem-shaped game begins with your character: a small, bald naked? stickman perchance. The intricate game design used collectables as an obstacle that would make the puzzle harder. A NEVER before seen feat. Absolute cinema. Unfortunately, every masterpiece has its flaws... the game sadly ends in a minor tone with a softlock in a glitched level where my character "yoinks and sploinks" and throws all of its axed shaped projectiles, rendering the level unable to be completed since there are enemies that I can't quite kill with my own bare hands. Thank you LenstroyS with the collaboration of khukhrovr for bringing this absolutely marvel of creativity and ingenuity perchance. Thou shalt recieve an award, game of the year perhaps. Oh, seems I forgot to expose the graphic situation. Unreal Engine 5 and Path Tracing can't even compare to this. Words can't simpley describe the genius behind the intricate work behind each and every pixel of the pixel art, a canvas painted by none other than god (from chinese mythology).

Rather than relying on cinematic presentation or elaborate narrative framing, the game focuses almost entirely on reflex-driven combat, tight movement mechanics, and survival against increasingly aggressive waves of enemies. It positions itself squarely within the lineage of punishing old-school action titles that reward repetition, memorization, and mechanical mastery. The gameplay centers around rapid 2D combat and platforming sequences set in environments loosely inspired by ancient Roman aesthetics. Players wield simple but effective weapons such as axes and spears, using them to fend off waves of legionnaires and mutated adversaries. Combat feels weighty and deliberate; every attack carries momentum, and positioning plays a crucial role in determining survival. Enemies vary in behavior, with disciplined Roman soldiers advancing methodically while grotesque mutants move unpredictably, forcing players to constantly adapt their approach. Level design emphasizes intensity …
