A fun, challenging game for a few coins. I only wish there was more content.2 found this helpful
Controls don't make any sense. Game might be good but... why is everything on the triggers and nothing on the standard controller buttons? Decades of megaman/metroid/hollow knight have made this control layout as counter intuitive as they could have made it. Add the option to edit binding, or a reasonable controller profile configuration option, and this game will go from a hard pass to a maybe.2 found this helpful
it's really fun, but far too short. short experiences are fine but I don't think I should have been able to beat the boss on the highest difficulty within 90 minutes. then again, there isn't a whole lot of content so mu runs were feeling very same-y even with new weapons... pretty enjoyable nonetheless.1 found this helpful
Fantastic game. Great gameplay loop. Changing load outs also adds quite a bit of variety. I like going bare hands with slime attractor and just go ape with slam damage. Only downside is it gets really hard to see your barrel on the higher difficulties with the number of enemies on screen. I’ve died a number of times due to this. Runs great on the deck. I only had one crash so far. The game is an amazing value even at full price. I hope more people find this game as I’d love to see content updates. Cheers to the developer.1 found this helpful
Absolutely brilliant game. It’s so much fun and really easy to pick up and play. The visuals are stunning, and the menus and upgrade pop-ups are clear and concise, so I always understood what I was doing. It’s such a blast. It gets insanely hard very quickly, but that might just be because I’m getting old and my reactions aren’t what they used to be. The sound effects are perfect, especially paired with the creepy atmospheric soundtrack while playing. An amazing experience overall. I can’t wait to see what you cook up next.
