Focus Grove

I adore it so much! I constantly have it open throughout the workday. The little notepad and to-do make everything a lot easier. It's also very cute with the little farm and how you can build everything with very cute deco. It's not so overly complicated that you will constantly look and distract yourself. 10/10

I love Focus Grove. It's cute, delightful, and also helpful! The Devs are actively working to make it better all the time as well, which is always nice. In the Desktop Companion sector, it's my absolute favorite. It's well thought out and has many neat features like the To Do list, habits, and of course, the Pomodoro clock, which is configurable to whatever you want. Overall, I can't say enough good things about this little gem. Things that are really excellent: - the addition of bees and beekeeping! - the wise owl's advice is solid. It's not personalized. It's not a chatbot (omg, that would be amazing, though, lol), but she will give you a bit of wisdom that is realistic and seems to match current mindfulness research. - the way the bunny Woodlings' ears flop around, like when they are bouncing on the trampoline, makes me smile every time. It's too cute. - the naturescape sounds are great as well. I love having birds singing all day with me. If you're looking for a desktop companion, these little adorable Woodlings will be great company.

I am surprised at how well I work with this game. I have tried so many focus apps and games. Ive gotten so much work done today. However this is set up, it works with my brain. Thank you.

Cute little focus tool. Helped me get some things done and avoid getting too distracted - sometimes simply by ensuring I didn't completely lose track of time. It has what most focus tools have: -a work and break timer with choosable/muteable sounds -a todolist with tabs, tasks and subtasks -a habit tracker (i wish we could adjust the height here so we don't have to scroll that much if we track many small habits) -a notepad It also has various ambientesounds and a wise owl that can give you a tip each day of what could be helpful or healthy in your daily life. All this while some little woodlings go on with their life of gardening, fishing, resting,... I usually have problems with focus tools that have some kind of movement as it is easily distracting; however i didn't have much trouble with this one. I did put it in the background when i needed more focus though.
