I wish I could recommend this game, I truly do. It has official drivers, real teams, great cars and the layouts of real tracks. A nice step up from existing games in this genre. There is so much potential here. However - The driver stats don't seem to make any meaningful difference, and the gameplay loop is the same between every single formula, from GT4 to Hypercar, you can use the exact same strategy and never lose a race. ## After looking into The Tiny Digital Factory further, their other project is a crypto currency based NFT style car game. Give your money to a more deserving developer ## Word salad below - if you can't be bothered reading - go and play Motorsport Manager. It continues to be the gold standard for any motorsport management sim, even without any updates in the past few years. BEFORE READING - At the time of posting, there have been no updates for 3 months. The game has a decent amount of bugs that will impact your gameplay. You can tell the developers put their heart and soul into the game; the visuals are great, the driver variety is top notch and the cars sound reasonably good. But after a full career loop, I have to admit, the gameplay is incredibly …

The graphics are nice and there's a decent amount going on off track with this one but honestly, I moved on from this game fast after only looking at it because I wanted variation from 2800+ hours in Motorsport Manager. The racing is poor, the strategy is without any nuance. Giving a boost button is extremely artificial (and nothing to do with the IRL GT racing). If you're looking at this due to a sale discount, consider looking at one of the other alternatives. This is an incredibly difficult genre to get right and this attempt ... fails.

the ai feels way too snappy, Like they just follow waypoints and dont think at all, feels like a mobile port, all models and animations feel like something you could find on the unity asset store except the cars thats the only good models, For 40 dollars this isn't worth it just get like f1 manager or something.

GT Manager is a motorsport management simulation developed by THE TINY DIGITAL FACTORY and IMV Studio, with publishing duties handled by THE TINY DIGITAL FACTORY. Rather than focusing on driving mechanics, the game places players in charge of every major aspect of a professional racing organization. From assembling a roster of talented drivers to developing facilities and managing race strategies, the experience revolves around making intelligent decisions that can transform a small GT racing outfit into a dominant force in the world of endurance motorsport. One of the game's most appealing features is its use of officially licensed vehicles and manufacturers. The roster includes a wide variety of modern race cars across multiple categories, allowing players to progress through different levels of competition while working with recognizable brands. Starting in the lower GT divisions and eventually reaching the prestigious Hypercar class gives the campaign a strong sense of advancement. Every promotion feels earned, and the gradual increase in competition ensures that the challenge remains engaging throughout the journey. The management systems are the heart of the experience. Pla…

Pretty solid foundation with some rough edges. Overall a good game worthy of replacing Motorsport manager. The overall game is fun. However, the drawbacks in sound for races and lack of team orders makes it less enjoyable then it could be. Engines in races, at least GT4s, come across as flat and muddled together. The single car focus games like F1 Manager take would work better here. Having no easy option for team orders, so I can have one driver easily overtake the other without laps of fighting, is confusing though. All that said, I'd definitely recommend this game.

A bit hard to begin but persistence does allow some measurable progress. A zen like experience
