Stepping the tangled storyline, you will encounter many intimidating but comical enemies and fight Big Bosses.

FULL IMMERSION

Guns’n’Stories: Bulletproof is a full immersion into the ambiance of rollicking Westerns and shooting like flash from both hands, with cynical (and sometimes even black) humor.

VIVID IMPRESSIONS

This is unforgettably vivid cocktail from emotions, in which we’ve added everything to make a player fall out of reality for a while to receive exactly these bright and fresh emotions we’ve only experienced when were kids.
The game will not make you bored even for a bit, constantly surprising you with its new story shifts, shootings, and various but unchangeably hilarious enemies.

REALISTIC 'n' DYNAMIC

This is a persistent feeling of realism of what’s around and a possibility to be on Wild West. Though, a little bit Hollywood-style.

The game will generously reward you for a desire to move actively – you can evade bullets, shut them down, and hide behind the objects while shooting back in your enemies.

WEAPONS 'n' ENVIRONMENT

You will have an impressive spectrum of weapons (firearms, throwing weapons, and even futuristic arms) that will allow you to feel as an experienced shooter who is capable of dealing with hordes of attacking enemies alone.
You will visit lots of locations, every single one of which has been thoroughly thought-out and designed.

COMFORT

Along with that, the game is maximally comfortable and user-friendly. You will never feel sick or discomfort during the game.

However, you will need a good physical shape to play on the high level of complexity. So, we advise you to start from easy levels in order to receive more seamless gaming experience and get tired much lesser. There is nothing to be ashamed of!

This game has everything going for it: Humour, wit, gun and enemy variety, locations, graphics and setting; but one thing I feel it lacks a bit is the fact that you can't move around. You're stuck dodging left, right, up and down, but can't go anywhere. At least a teleport ability would've been great, but that's unfortunately not the case. I'd say that, while the game is fun, some levels are just too hectic for new players to pick up and complete and then you also don't really play this game for more than a level or 2 in one session. It gets stale fast unfortunately, but I think it's because of the stationary part of it. You can only deflect bullets with your guns and dodge bullets for so long, before you start to get bored of it. Overall, fun game, but I'd say there are better titles out there.

So first of all, I'd give it a neutral review. Don't get me wrong, I still think its pretty fun, its a stationary rail shooter, not much more to it, you shoot hunderts of enemies while having no cover just standing around somewhere and tanking bullets (if you don't dodge them with your shots/gun/by crouching) and no need to reload. The reason I give it a thumbs down is: Unfixed Bugs that never will be fixed. Its very much a dead game it seems, since this is the second review that was posted this year. There also haven't been any bugfixes for many years, the cabaret level is still bugged, and almost no achievements unlock (good luck SAM exists).

Guns'n'Stories: Bulletproof VR, developed and published by MIROWIN, is a virtual reality shooter that embraces classic arcade sensibilities while wrapping them in a playful, exaggerated Wild West fantasy. Rather than striving for realism or deep simulation, the game focuses on delivering immediate, physical fun through VR gunplay, framed by an intentionally absurd narrative about a grizzled old cowboy recounting increasingly unbelievable stories from his past. This storytelling angle gives the game a sense of personality that helps distinguish it from more straightforward VR shooting galleries. The core gameplay is rooted in stationary, wave-based combat. Players are placed in fixed positions within stylized environments and must fend off waves of enemies attacking from multiple directions. The emphasis is on reflexes, spatial awareness, and physical engagement, as players dual-wield weapons, aim independently with each hand, and react to threats coming from all sides. The VR mechanics make even simple actions feel engaging, as ducking, leaning, and tracking targets with your body become natural parts of survival. While the gameplay loop itself is familiar, the tactile satisfactio…

If this is on sale, then its pretty fun for a couple hours. I'm vocal on my hatred for wave shooters. Incredibly, I appreciated the effort they put in to tie this one into a coherent experience that almost felt purposeful. Great work! There are fun weapons and a ton of enemies to take out, so that was great. Some fun level designs, and a few sh*tty ones that turned you into a sitting duck when half the fun of vr is taking advantage of your environment. However, some of the guns have stupid mechanics that make them more difficult to use than they need to be. I never understand when devs do that dumb sh*t. There is a special weapon reward for finishing all the extra content but I eventually hit a wall/bug that stopped my progression in one of the tales meaning I can never complete it. With that, the motivation to do any of the additional stuff is gone, so its valueless content imo. So anyway, get this one sale, definitely not at full price. This is mostly because all wave shooters suck. Its more like one mechanic of a whole game, and I just wont pay full game price for a demo.

I bought my VR headset 2 months ago and I've been looking for a good singleplayer shooters. This is the best VR shooting game so far. Definitely worth the price
