The earlier game in this series "Satogaeri" is more successful in many ways. This game feels a bit more like a standard horror experience with jumpscares and various ghosts and such peeping out from the shadows. Strangely this also seems like a big graphical downgrade compared to the game from a year earlier. The textures are low quality and there is a lot of pop-in with the trees/models. I wonder if this was a botched attempt to solve some performance issues? Regardless, the game is very short but it's not a bad game. The atmosphere is unnerving and this abandoned town is beautifully decorated with all the trash, grime, weeds and the overcast sky. The developer is great at setting the mood and conveying an immersive atmosphere, so in that respect I enjoyed the game.4 found this helpful
Love the how simple and subtle the horror was in this game. Very short though and the volume wasnt loud enough for the scares to effective with me but overall a good experience1 found this helpful
cute little piece
The light is so beautiful in this game. A great simulation of exploring abandoned homes on an overcast day.
To be honest. Idk. Its very unique in the way it was made and how it dose horror, but at the same time I cant understand the sentinels and idk. Its good in what it does, lets put it that way.
Really cool game! A bit buggy at times. Love the visual aesthetic and appreciate that this game relied more on atmosphere for it's horror than jump scares. Certain scenes were very chilling. Love this!
