Hero Index is a VR Power Suit Action game designed for Valve Index Controller.
As the elite soldier wearing the hi-tech robotic armor H.E.R.O ( Humanoid Exo Robotic Outfit ) , you will be on missions of various situations (destroy a small enemy fleet, escort ally ship to escape point, etc...).
Take off from your own battleship, approach enemy's battleship from any angle you want.
Wipe out all enemies with your deadly arsenals.
INDEX LASER : Laser beam emitted from index finger
FIST CANNON : Rapid fire triggered by holding your fist
LIGHTNING : Electric arcs that will hit multi targets automatically
ULTRA BEAM : Long range palm laser. Warship killer

Take the most iconic weapon, the index laser, as an example, for the first time in video game history, players can aim actually with their own index fingers and fire at will without pressing any button.

Conclusion first: A high potential game needs polishing. Has some degrees of replayability but still lack of content. Pro: +Using gestures to fire weapon +BIG BIG Spaceship +BIG BIG Explosion +[spoiler]I AM IRON MAN[/spoiler] Con: -Unclear tutorial -Lack of content ======================================================== This game makes you feel like Iron Man. You open your hand and put your thumb finger on the touch pad to fly. Change fly direction by rotating your hands. Just like Iron Man. It is pretty unique and interesting. I can just flying all day. After finishing the tutorial (which can be skipped), you fly into space to fight enemy's spaceships. You start with one ship and enemy with three (unfair!). The enemy will keep warping in new ships and so do you. Looks like player can have up to 4 ships while enemy can have up to 10 (unfair again!). You are invincible but your ships are not. You need to destroy all enemy ships before they destroy yours. [b]I found that using the laser (open hand to fire) to destroy a ship in a few seconds and watching it explodes (really really big one) is the most enjoyable moment in this game[/b]. Hello! The game is broken and doesn't let me move or use any powers, I'm actually quite sorry that i have to make this review because it looked like it was working fine for others back in 2020 It may just be my headset but I'm really not sure! I don't think the dev will read this since the game is quite old but if you do fix it this game has a lot of potential, thats all from Me!
This has a lot of potential it only has one mission at the moment look forward to seeing future updates
