I love this game so much its fun, both combat and story wise. I Lost track of time playing because i got so sucked in. <3

This ended up being a treat I enjoyed more than I expected. I typically don't play this style of game but the dev did an amazing job with the story getting you invested in the characters. I finished it over 3 days in just under 30 hrs (including reloads then way more). I was really frustrated at how useless the chars seemed at the beginning, but they grow on you and now I am looking forward to seeing them in Act 2!

Heroines of Swords & Spells is a turn-based fantasy RPG that combines party-based combat, exploration and a colourful adventure story. I travel through a traditional fantasy setting with a group of heroines, fighting monsters, improving their abilities and gradually uncovering more of the world. It has a familiar RPG structure, but its character-focused presentation gives it a more playful identity. The combat is the part I enjoyed most. Battles are turn-based, so I have time to think about which abilities to use and how to manage the different characters in my party. Choosing the right attacks and keeping everyone in good shape becomes increasingly important as enemies become stronger, and the system rewards me for paying attention rather than simply selecting the strongest-looking ability every turn. Character progression gives the adventure a useful sense of momentum. Gaining experience and improving the party makes the next area feel more manageable, while new abilities give me more options in combat. only good for kids.. probably should have read a bit more about it... but its a 'cutesy' anime/♥♥♥ style game with pixel sprites.. and a really bad interface...

Seems pretty good, but it freezes every twenty minutes or so and is unplayable. A shame, I've never had that problem with any other RPG Maker game.
