About Hitman: Blood Money
Play as Agent 47 and execute contract kills across America, earning blood money based on how cleanly you eliminate targets to spend on bribes, weapons upgrades, and intel. Featuring a deep narrative mystery, customizable arsenal, advanced environmental interactions, and AI guards that investigate crime scenes and hunt you down, this is assassination gaming with unprecedented freedom and consequence.
Money Talks. Silence Pays. Prepare to Make a Killing. When assassins from Agent 47's contract agency, The ICA, are eliminated in a series of hits, it seems a larger, more powerful agency has entered the fray. Sensing he may be a target, 47 travels to America, and prepares to make a killing.
- 'Blood Money' system: the cleaner the 'hit' the more money you receive which can be spent on bribing witnesses and police to reduce your notoriety, weapon customisation, specialist equipment and information.
- Customisable weapons: modify Agent 47's custom weapons in a variety of ways including sound, recoil, rate of fire, damage, reload speed, accuracy and zoom.
- Strong narrative: who is wiping out the ICA and what is their motivation?
- New engine: the world of the assassin has never been so interactive or looked so good!
- New gameplay techniques: including disarm, distraction, accidents, body disposal, human shield and decoy weapons.
- New control and camera system: Agent 47 now moves independently of the camera.
- New moves: Agent 47 can now climb, hide, scale ledges and automatically pass low obstacles.
- Improved AI: guards will follow blood trails, investigate suspicious items and behaviour. New pathfinder engine provides improved tracking and movement with realistic enemy behaviour and interaction.
- Soundtrack by BAFTA-winning composer Jesper Kyd.
What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise Hitman: Blood Money for its open level design that rewards creativity and experimentation, whether through peaceful gameplay, speedrunning, or achieving Silent Assassin ratings, along with its solid mechanics, stylish art direction, and excellent soundtrack at a bargain price. Common complaints include some mission objectives feeling convoluted or unclear and occasional tedious waiting periods during gameplay, though these issues don't significantly diminish the overall experience for most players.

the game relaxes me , to play peacfully asassinating people hehe.
Honestly, one of the best games i've tried to speedrun, figuring out SA and trying new ways of completing the level as fast as possible is addicting to say the least. It's speedrunning community is fantastic, it's artstyle is wacky, a refresher from WOA tbh. WOA may be a a better game in some ways compared to blood money, but it's mechanics are still very fun to learn. If your new to the series, Blood Money is a fantastic game to introduce you to it and at that, still dirt cheap and a fantastic OST
your missing out if you havent played this masterpiece.
I think that Hitman: Blood Money was a huge improvement in the franchise after playing through Hitman: Contracts earlier this year. More intuitive gameplay mechanics, more open and freeing locations with a plethora of ways to go about the missions was really fun to go through. I enjoyed the mechanics of the game enough to continuously go and wipe evidence off of the map long after I had eliminated all of the targets. My only complaints with the game is that some things in missions can be pretty convoluted and not easily understandable (it may be just a me issue, idk) and the fact the game has a lot of periods where you're just waiting for things to happen, which can get boring quickly. A massive step forwards in the franchise that I recommended to anyone who played through the older three games.
So fun to speedrun or get SA
