Space potato is still boring potato
The game has some good base mechanics, and above all a story line that's kind of enjoyable despite, or perhaps thanks to, all it's crappy puns. The problem is.... it's soooo grindy. Some of the boss fights offer a good challenge and I had to re-spec my weapons for some of them. However 95% of the game is just grinding trash mobs one after the other, all of which can be defeated in the exact same way and none of which require any tactics whatsoever. Then between fight you grind up skills and grind crafted weapons. The game encourages this grinding by making boss fights difficult if you haven't farmed for better parts. This ground potato is beyond ground. Ultraground. It has been atomized.4 found this helpful

This is such a fun strategy/turn based game! I have a couple of the Potatoes game, but this is the only one I've finished. The story was quite emotional too.
It's pathetic when devs are too lazy (or more likely, too inept) to add controller support to a PC game when there are console versions of the game. Removed from account and won't support this dev in the future.
Writing a review because I did not see the grind these folks are complaining about, finished in half a day. Just skip the grind. It really is just skill issue when the first missile (Apollo) and Purifier literally brought me to the end with flawless victories while constantly being under leveled.
Probably not as hardcore as Faster Than Light. But there is a Gintama spud. Nésïngwary!
