About Horror Globes

All the villages have stories about the town or its inhabitants. Stories about ghosts, haunted houses, crimes,... Stories of implausible things that an acquaintance claims to have lived, but no one has ever seen. However, what happens here is manifested on a daily basis. Those bloody footprints with deformed nails appear without warning and drive the animals crazy. Recently several horses ran amok and appeared in the vicinity of the forest open in channel. The viscera was intact but all the bones were missing, I don't know what kind of creature can do this with such precision.

Horror Globes is a short first-person horror adventure with special attention to spatial sound and atmospheric Halloween. It belongs to a collection of short horror stories contained in collectible snow globes. Do you dare to disturb your nightmares?

Immerse yourself into the atmosphere of this story as you explore an old property set apart during the night of Halloween.
Join Allan, an 8-year-old boy who wanders from door to door asking for tricks or treats. Taking advantage of an oversight, he sneaks onto an old lady's property to look for her secret homemade candies. Soon he will discover some macabre events that will be repeated in his head forever.

Well-made horror game that is perfect to play during the Halloween season. We play as an 8-year-old boy searching for a trick while trying to find 13 treats scattered all over a haunted property. While exploring, we will try our best to avoid a creepy and very ugly ghost, as well as uncover the horrific fate of four kids who mysteriously disappeared. I found the sound effects really well done, creating an eerie atmosphere in the game. The tension builds up effectively throughout, and I barely dared to use my flashlight in the final part. The jumpscares were pretty scary, and the ending really came out of the blue which made me laugh. However, I think the game would have greatly benefited from a voiceover for the boy. I am now looking forward to play Quo next!

It was as expected at the price point I got it at, I had fun with it, there were some parts that were not clearly explained and I feel they made the game seem longer or bigger as it became very grindy in trying to piece the items together. I was under the impression that there would be more scary moments, but they were few and far between.

Good quick game, can complete it in an hour. The outside hiding mechanic is kind of cooked, but still ends up being ok. Had a couple really solid jump scares and some decent atmosphere building. 6/10
