About How 2 Escape

Time constantly slips away and visibility fades, making constant communication and keen observation your only weapons against this asymmetrical puzzle nightmare.

Each wagon is timed in different ways that you’ll discover. Running out of time means defeat.
The longer you wait, the more difficult it is to see clearly...
Both players will need to interact with each other and focus on their sense. Puzzles will require logic, coordination, observation and listening but most of all: communication!
No time to chitchat. Get out of the trapped train. Every second is counted.

Will you be able to save Emy in time?

One of the worst cooperative escape game I've ever played. The player with the app is solving multiple interesting puzzle while, at the same time, the player on the pc game is litterally waiting without doing anything at all for entire minutes because the game is balanced awfully. I can't honestly suggest this game unless you want to play it with a friend you hate and you keep the companion app.5 found this helpful
This game is a ton of fun to play with a friend! However, that fun only lasts as long as you don't make it to the last level. Up until that point, the puzzles are tricky, but fun to solve and all-in-all are intuitive on what you need to do next. However, the Locomotive is unintuitive, nonsensical, and demeaning. The built in hint system refers to 'common knowledge' as opposed to giving direction, and uses red-herrings that manifest as puzzle systems the game has used prior. As well as that, the camera section is unintelligible nonsense that utilizes what could be genuinely inferred as set dressing across the past several hours of game time for the player not playing the game (on steam) as concrete puzzle material, and leads to an anticlimactic and vague ending. All in all, the first 6 hours are a 9/10 puzzle game to play with a pal. The last 2.5 are not.
Lots of fun, puzzles range from simple to kinda complicated (but absolutely solvable), and a great way to spend a few hours escaping with a friend! Can't wait to play the second one! :D
Started off ok. The first few puzzles felt nicely challenging however the puzzles quickly became nonsense with extreme leaps in logic we had to google to figure out and we still don't understand how you could possibly come to the solutions yourself. The ending also felt very disappointing.
Excelent escape room game. Action is sometimes limited, bur the companion app support for the game ia brilliant!
My wife and I have been playing this nightly and is just a fun activity for a couple or for friends. Each level takes about an hour and can get challenging, especially if your companion isn't looking at your screen.
