About Ice Cream Typer
Ice Cream Typer is a high-speed typing challenge where the only way forward is faster fingers.Inspired by the infamous fitness test and arcade classics, this mode throws you into an endless typing gauntlet. Complete ridiculous words and phrases under pressure—each round gives you less time, and one slip-up could be the end. It’s goofy, intense, and surprisingly addictive.How It Works:
- A phrase appears on screen.
- You type it. Quickly and correctly.
- The next round starts… with even less time.
- Repeat until you break—or beat your high score.
- Pacer Test Mode with Increasing Difficulty: The timer gets shorter every round. Stay sharp or get dropped.
- Speed & Accuracy-Based Scoring: Points and combos scale with how fast (and clean) you type.
- Goofy Word Prompts: The cat did what?

Tasked with completing bizarre & nonsensical phrases each round, each correct action (keystroke) increases your combo count; the more accurately you type, the higher you'll ultimately score (as each incorrect action or typo resets the combo counter). Unfortunately, as you progress through the rounds (following successful completion of a phrase), the assessment increasingly shifts from a test of your typing skills to a test of your reaction skills. Each round provides you with less time to read the phrase prompt, react, and type your response accurately — making the game more unforgiving of inaccuracies and mistakes the further you progress; 1 blunder could cost you a life (of which you start with 3). my play here: https://youtu.be/VhDNs8ocNes Eggplant stole my bike I couldn't believe it. It's pretty bare bones, but it seems to be the creators first game on steam and it's free to play. I do wish there was something to work towards an ending/achievements or something since the goal seems to be just to compete with yourself until you get to impossible levels. It's not as much a typing game as a speed reading comprehension game since the time to react is going down instead of the prompt being longer actually testing your typing abilities. I'm also not sure why the ice cream music is only at the start screen, but when the game starts you just get eerie wind blowing sound effect for the rest of the game.7 found this helpful
