If youre someone like me who loved avicii invector... be cautious. the story of avicii invector was raw and emotional. i managed to play just over 30 mins of this one before the shallow low-effort writing made me quit. comparisons to avicii invector: Graphics-★★★★★ Major improvement from the first game Story (first 30 mins or so atleast)- ☆☆☆☆☆ very shallow, it could improve i guess, but it takes far too long to take off in that case. It also the voice acting and animation from the first game, which was the source of alot of the charm and emotion. Gameplay-★★★★★ effectively the same as the first game, felt slightly more forgiving than the first which was nice aswell Song list-★★☆☆☆ maybe it just cause alot of the song chosen for this game arent to my personal taste, but it didnt feel very cohesive either, would go from a low tempo ballad-type song to a super fast paced spanish party song. Overall, if youre just looking for a rhythm game, give it a shot. the gameplay is good enough to atleast try. If youre looking for a nicely written story, skip this one and get avicii invector instead, not only is it cheaper, but also just a higher quality experince in my opinion.

I've only started playing this game and it's fun! I remember playing the first one with AVIICI and- ...excuse me, WHY IS KSI HERE?!?!? ...Ugh. Ok for real, Here's my real review: GAMEPLAY: same as the first invector, good, if maybe the flying sections feel weird and without guides as to when your turning in air. STORY: ... uh, kinda didn't click with me, other than a band of friends regroup and go on a road trip because of the main character's grandma passing away. Nothing deep, nothing really to latch onto? Feels a bit weaker than the Aviici one. MUSIC: [Non DLC] 1. you can access most of this right away, some DO have to be unlocked via campaign, which, whatever. 2. Hits: Boom Clap - Charli XCX Lost - Linkin Park [Not the Park song I would have picked, but 'story' wise it fits and is a good song still] Hot In It - Tiesto Charli XCX 3. SURPRISE HITS: Earthquake - Dropgun [The way it changes from tempo to tempo yet keep the pace is great!] Space Man - Sam Ryder [just a good power song this one. 4. Misses: Lighter - Nathan Dawe ... and KSI. Good song, but Ew, KSI, get out of here. Not Over Yet - KSI ft Tom Grennan. UGH, KSI again. ... memes aside it's a passible song, had I…

AVICII INVECTOR 2 The world's greatest rhythm game gets an all new entry with the same recognizable game-play (alongside some nice quality of life improvements and more polish), though this one has a comparatively worse track-list when compared to its predecessor. As someone who spent MANY hours on AVICII, beating it multiple times on multiple systems, I'd long since wanted more songs and this game more than scratched that itch. Having the options to change the worlds in the free-play mode was also a nice treat alongside most of the tracks being unlocked immediately with certain ones locked behind the campaign (Which I got bored of instantly and skipped all cut-scenes, though this is about the music, not the story). Teaming up with a single music label was likely a necessary evil given the licensing nightmare most rhythm games are required to go through, but it feels more like Warner picked the track-list than the devs given some odd choices of songs but I also am not one for most mainstream and am likely not the target, despite the increase in difficulty to cater to veterans of the aforementioned AVICII INVECTOR. Speaking of which, with all the enhancements of this version, I'd …
