the monster is a circle, the gameplay is boring, and the music is a super short loop.

Besides the audio logs not being mixed well and/or a lack of subtitles to know what's going on (which is a total nitpick, nothing big) I really enjoyed this. Walks the line well of being cute and chunky but weirdly creepy and unsettling with its mix of sci-fi, cosmic, and corporate horror. That being said, it also has one of the most disappointingly abrupt and squandered endings I think I've ever encountered in a game that has had this much work done on it to be good. it's kind of shocking! like my mind is blown away that the same developer who thought all this through and executed on this premise to such an extent also somehow thought that was an ending at all, let alone one they were happy enough with. i mean, wow!

Seemed like an interesting game. was not set up for pc, using wasd would only really work right in one direction and would assume you were facing the same direction regardless of which way you'd turn. It was a constant struggle to figure out what key it was to move forwards.

I'm going to give this game a Thumbs Up but I'd prefer a Meh option. The aesthetics are good, the puzzles are straightforward, and the story is compelling. I would hazard a guess that the developer has played SOMA before in the way that the story develops and you begin to understand more of what happened to your character before waking up. But, the game doesn't feel finished. I never needed the flashlight. I never needed to sprint. I don't know why I have a sanity bar. :SPOILER: [spoiler]Is the end just a black screen and SAMSA? Because that's all I got and no buttons worked. I don't know if I broke the game, but other reviews state the same thing happened to them.[/spoiler] The game is free and it's short, so I'd recommend playing it. Hopefully the dev continues to hone their craft because there's obvious effort in this and I think with more time and effort they could make something really cool.

IVRI is a space-station exploration game in which you navigate in a space station. You are piecing together the puzzle of the missing crew and uncovering the secrets hidden within the ship's walls. It is nice to watch the stars outside the windows. The story is quite short. The gameplay is ok, more of a walking simulator with some puzzles. The game is free so give it a try. Pretty good little indie horror game. The sound design is great, builds a spooky atmosphere. The little bits of story told through the audio logs and SAMSON are interesting.
