One fateful night, when young Jack takes the beautiful Nara for a walk in the woods, his love is kidnapped by the villainous orc Korg. Forced to mount a rescue, Jack plunges into Korg’s underground base, where he happens upon a strange blade that becomes an unlikely ally.
In JackQuest, players will explore the cavernous depths of Korg’s slime-ridden, labyrinthine lair. There, they will solve environmental puzzles, discover power-ups, collect weapons, and challenge subterranean foes, including massive bosses.
Acquire many useful upgrades and power-ups by purchasing them from strategically placed merchants. You'll want to spend your coins wisely and save for more expensive items that can prove to be life savers later on. Gain many powerful weapons such as swords, bow and arrows, and jumping boots. Learn special abilities including wall jumping, lightning speed boosts and using magic crystal power to perform a devastating winding windmill attack!

too short for the pricetag. about an hour of gameplay.12 found this helpful
Made it to the underwater boss and after attacking a few times it goes underground. Running around the small room and attacking everything for about 2min before turning the game off and coming on here to complain. That was one hour into the game and that seems to be all I will get out of it.1 found this helpful

I really liked this game. It was cute, had a good enough story. I got frustrated with searching for where to go (but in a good way). Definitely a nice little game. The only problem I had with the game was how short it is. If I'd been able to pick it up for under 3 bucks, it would be a lot better. Game just wasn't long enough to justify a 9.99 price tag.1 found this helpful
This is not a good game, but I think you should play it. It's such a basic experience, none of the mechanics matter and the story is whatever. Chapter 2, which may as well be called JackQuest 2, is actually slightly better. The game is a rudimentary pile of nothingness. When is JackQuest 3!?
movement is clunky (you can't control the jump of your height, for example). art, story, music, level design - all sub par. no way in hell this game is worth $10; closer to $2, hell, maybe even $3.
