Lead a mercenary squad through a war-torn nation in tactical turn-based combat, recruiting unique characters with distinct personalities and building your team as you loot weapons and customize gear. Your choices shape Grand Chien's fate as you control territory, train locals, and battle The Legion across an open world that you can tackle solo or with friends in co-op.
In Jagged Alliance 3, select from a huge cast of mercenaries all with their own unique personalities, quirks, and backstories. Then go out and explore Grand Chien as you meet new people, earn money, grow your team, and ultimately make your own decisions that will decide the country’s fate.

I just had my key revoked this week and the game removed from my account. Why ? Because it's supposedly been reimbursed even though I've had the game for more than a year and haven't asked for anything... I'm not recommending a game that can be taken away for absolutely no reason a year after...2 found this helpful

it has potential, but there are just too many issues. RNG plays too big a part in success.. initial few scenarios I was hitting on a regular basis.. but then just started missing all the time.. same gun same character and around the same distance.. but the major issue is the funding and short contracts and and and.. everything just takes too much time (training, healing, etc) for the short amount of time on the contract and before you have to cough up again.. its just ridiculous.. then there is how you do things.. the first issue I had was trying to treat wounds. it said "use sat view to treat wounds".. but I couldnt find anything anywhere allowing me to do that! turns out it was due to the fact that I was travelling and the option was greyed out! but still.. no info on it til I 'googled'... while the graphics are pretty good and I like the general concept of quests and region based combat.. the implementation is flawed.. I will continue to play until I run out of money.. but once that happens.. it'll be uninstall and never play again!
In 13 hours gametime I have had 3 computer breaking bugs (freezes the whole machine requiring a hard reboot). That said, this game is a fantastic tribute to the original JA2 from many many moons ago. The vibes, the voices, the gameplay ... all brings it back. For that reason and that reason alone this game is worth it! I will update more as I progress through the game.
I love this game! It is currently 90% off, so I got an amazing deal. The whole vibe of this game is hilarious. The merc personalities and voices make everything more fun. Has a tactical feel that's a lot like XCom. Nice polish/quality. I recommend this game to anyone who likes turn-based tactical games.
