The idea is that you manage a baseball team in Japan by playing Pachinko (a kind of gambling arcade machine with little ball bearings) and Mahjong. Yeah, that game premise doesn't make a lot of sense, but then you look at the dismal quality of the technical delivery and it doesn't make sense anyone would think it was in a fit state to be published as a game, but here we are. What do you do in the game? Pretend you're using Chrome and click through a bunch of menus and look at graphics that make the Solitaire game included in Windows 3.1 look like Black Myth Wukong. There's no English translation for the game, but that's okay. The language of bad games is universal. For gameplay purposes, because the user interface for this game is mostly just 2D static text/images... it might as well be a web page. It's functionally no different from a browser game.
