A comedic story game played in vignettes, about feeling anxious as a bear in inner city Melbourne, Australia, and trying to connect to people none the less.

Click, pull, mash, and guide your way through an ever changing mix of dialogue choices, reaction challenges, dexterity tests, rhythm games and God only knows what else as you overthink and under-perform your way through every day life -- Striving towards greatness and being less of an awkward, anxious, crap.

Just, Bearly, created by Daniel J Roberts, is an unconventional indie project that blurs the line between game, interactive art, and personal expression. Rather than presenting a structured narrative or a consistent gameplay system, it unfolds through a series of loosely connected moments that revolve around a bear navigating everyday situations in a modern world. Beneath its odd premise lies a deeply introspective core, using humor, discomfort, and abstraction to explore themes of anxiety, social pressure, and internal conflict. The experience is divided into short scenarios that each place the player in a different situation, often mundane on the surface but exaggerated in execution. These moments range from simple social interactions to more surreal representations of emotional stress, and each one introduces a unique interaction style. Some segments rely on quick reflexes, others on timing or repetitive input, and a few lean into intentionally awkward controls.
