You point & click to dig trenches or build a sand wall to protect the Crab castle. It's just not fun in VR to do that. It doesn't help that the visuals are also kind of basic. The ocean waves in particular look bad. So the gameplay is not immersive in VR and the visuals are dull. There's a free demo if you want to check it out. There's a similar game that's much cheaper and also more fun to play called Wet VR. The visuals there are also not the best, as the art-style there is an acquired taste, but the gameplay is a lot better. Post Dev Reply Edit: Like I said, the game is fun enough and the Dev says they've fixed the movement bugs, I'm changing my review to positive. Original Review: Had this on my wishlist for a while, was looking forward to it. It's essentially broken in it's current state, you get stuck on the smallest of inclines/declines or geometry changes, which for a game that revolves around changing the landscape, is a major flaw. Seemed fun enough, but getting stuck every 10 seconds gets in the way of finding any enjoyment in this game.

King Crab is a very fun game! Visually the game looks very good and performs very well, especially for being on Unreal Engine. The main gameplay loop consists of building sandcastles to protect a crab from the incoming waves. The act of sculpting the sand is uniquely satisfying, and the upgrades found throughout the game's different levels add a nice sense of progression on top of the different environments in the games campaign. Overall, Noob Media's debut game brings a much needed breath of fresh air into the VR scene, and the larger gaming space. It's a game that's never been done before until now, and the execution is very good.

This game is a blast to play and brings me back to playing in the sand at the beach with my brother on vacations growing up. Highly recommend if youre looking for a fun physics based game!

I liked the game, some of the levels are difficult. Building seems to work better than digging trenches, but at least one level I have to do both since I can't stop one of the waves from getting to the castle. I hope the developers add onto the game.
