This is a beautifully written story full of puzzles to play. A regular man must become what the kingdom needs him to be while trying to find his way through life's adventures. Some of the puzzles can be difficult but the story makes it worth playing through. I laughed and I cried. I am working on my 2nd playthrough to receive 100% in my achievements but I would play it again either way. The first Chapter is free so why not give it a shot! The hardest puzzles are in Chapter 4 and 5 so it's a fun little ride before they get to the point that you really have to use your head. 10/10 Happy I purchased Chapter 2-5.1 found this helpful
Great free first chapter, a great homage to the original. Puzzles aren't stupid and obtuse (Daedalic, Im lookin at you!).1 found this helpful
King's Quest is the best game I have found and is a mix of puzzle work, strong in story line and contains enough action to make it challenging and still allows a "very OLD" player to make it through it many action sequences. I played it without a controller, and again with one and encourage controller use for those of us who can remember Dwight D Eisenhower's time in office. It has three possible story lines which makes replay worthwhile, None of the play needs to be kept from the eyes of the very young. The 146 hours show that I play for enjoyment.1 found this helpful
