babies first zelda-like game. skyfish is cute but feels more tedious than hard and the puzzles are as challenging as putting a square peg into a square slot over the circle one. most levels are short and "puzzles" are a no brainers. you will die from things more so because they are cheaply set up rather than you failing something but even these can be avoided after you've seen what they do. even the bosses will give very little challenge. nice game but i would only get it for a child or if you want something relaxing with very little challenge.7 found this helpful
Gave up when the first boss came. Just frustrating, as it was easy and relaxing until this point.5 found this helpful
Very simple and quite easy puzzle game where you have to find your way across islands and destroy totems with the help of your fishing pole. Generally the game is quite nicely done but I had 2 problems with it: - the game has a total of 45 levels but they get repetitive really quick, - the boss levels. There are 3 in total (level 15, 30 and 45) and while I would almost never find myself dying in normal levels the boss ones where just death after death for me due to the sometimes unresponsive controls.2 found this helpful

This is a mobile ported 2D top down puzzle game where you jump around islands on a grid, using a fishing rod to pull yourself between islands and pull blocks over switches. There's also a little action component as you need to thwack fish-men with your fishing pole. Being mobile ported, there's no surprise here that the game isn't very good. Simple graphics, fixed resolution, fixed controls, the game falls far beneath minimum standards for any PC game. Here's the kicker, these bastards want PC gamers to pay $8 US for this "game" when they give it away for free on the Google Play store. Screw these guys for trying to crap on PC gamers.2 found this helpful
Legend of the Skyfish is that kind of game I wish it was taken with more care. The graphic design is excellent, person responsible for drawings has a great skill. Everything looks beautifully and is animated well. I love how nice the game looks. But then, the game is described as a puzzler. But it is not. It includes elements that can be moved, switched and stepped on to open gates, indeed, still the level desing leads a player a way that it does not require any thinking to be able to go further. Personally, I was very disappointed about it. Sadly I also must agree with people who say that the game is boring. There are 45 levels, but most of them are very similar. I wish there were either some more diversity of mechanics or puzzles were at least a bit challenging. Legend of the Skyfish is not a bad game though, but it could be way better. I noticed it was released on Android and I think it might be more interesting as a mobile production than a Steam one.1 found this helpful
