I've been keeping it on my wish list for months and its finally out, for anyone that likes to play a good bullet hell, you should give it a shot. I love the graphics, the enemies are really nicely designed to go with the vibe of the game, its nicely replayable (as a rougelike should be) and im enjoying it a lot as of now, a little more enemy varity for the earlier stage would be nice too6 found this helpful
I enjoyed this game for a few hours. It reminds me a lot of the old iPhone game, Solomon's Keep, except it's a bit less cute and there is less to do. You start as a wizard (no choice of skin) and then gather up magical objects and level-ups that strengthen your wizard. A few powers remain from run to run, but most reset, as is expected in a roguelite. You find weapons eventually that let you get different types of shots off, like a ice shot or a lightning bolt, and mana and health management is important. If you collect enough of the same type of item, you get extra bonuses -- for example, enough "cross" items and you will regenerate health when in combat up to 40% of your max health, or enough "tree" items and treants will join you that fight and if they survive, they might drop fruit that heals you. All of this is good and fun, and if you like bullet hell games, you are likely to enjoy this, too. The biggest complaint I have is that the game is very short. In 5 hours I have most of the achievements and all the items are already repetitive. Solomon's Keep had more diversity of builds and because advancement was relatively fast during a session, you often had a chance to correct…1 found this helpful
Quite a good game. It has a lot of potential. It is still early access, I hope I will come back in a few months and will be able to enjoy it again with more content. It took me 80 minutes to beat the game which was a lot disappointing for me. I enjoyed every minute though :D It is not an easy game, you need to juggle items you are picking. In some runs, you get bad or very little items and it is difficult to get far. In other runs you got a lof them and you can actually plan on what to equip. But the potential is there. I would also appreciate a bit of update on weapons, currently those weapons I used felt pretty much all the same.1 found this helpful
