Great concept and could be exactly my kind of game. Sadly, the AI is awful, which is a pretty big problem in a chess game. I keep seeing moves from opponents, and sometimes from my own character in certain modes, that make absolutely no sense. Good idea, poor execution. Fix the AI and this could be really good. Right now it is hard to take seriously.

As a chess noob i think this game is fun, but it would have been a thousand times better for me if the tips you get were leading you more into a good move. Instead of "This move i think moving a pawn is the best" I would rather have a tip say "This move i think moving a pawn into a posision where it defends a major piece" Or "This move i think moving the queen into a posision where it attacks an enemy major piece and defends one of our own pieces"

Just living my dream in Virtual of Life of Competitve Chess Player! I think the game concept, career, puzzles, coach... all are well put together. I think immediate feedback, good or bad move, is quite intriguing to play and improve as a chess player. My only con with the game, is the bots behave quite erratically, low bots start to play endgame flawlessly. I think the bots have rudimentary openings and more blunders with low level bots, and high bots at the FM level are strong bots from end-to-end, one opening mistake, just shuts you down, playing at a level of 96-97%. I think these bots could be improved, because it feels like I am just playing the same bots. Otherwise, the features are great all over. Other than that, I would prefer chess.com type of analysis in review, therefore, I just export the pgn to external clients to get chess.com analysis. If possible, I want dev to update the game, even if infrequently like quaterly or even semi-anually. I think this can be timeless game, if continued updates are made to it.

Interesting idea -- a game where you simulate another chess player while playing chess. It was *almost* what I was looking for, but it wasn't quite recursive enough. What I *really* wanted was an eSports management game in which I simulate another computer player who is simulating another person who is playing chess.
