About Meat Madness
The year is 2104. Humanity is starving.
When the surface of the dwarf planet Ceres breaks apart revealing a planet-sized organism underneath, Earth began to feast upon its flesh.
The DSV-Provender, an IngestiCorp mining ship, has disappeared on a mission to Ceres. Play as Recovery Specialist John Stuart as you solve the mystery of the disaster that took place aboard the DSV-Provender by delving deep into the meat planet’s surface and discovering its dark secrets.
Gameplay combines precision platforming, exploration, and interactive dialog in a gritty PS1 style horror atmosphere.

The concept is interesting but fk me dude it's so janky. The controls, moving, etc just all feels so bad, and you can just get stuck permanently everywhere so it's such a drag. Like it's free but you gotta really be in the mood and be ready to accept that you may have to restart a level or walk extremely slow back to an npc etc etc. Idk, I usually can stand these bad games out of pure curiosity but I gave up 1 hour in.2 found this helpful

1 problem, game physics needs improvement. It's all I notice, I can't even focus on the incredibly well crafted story and lore. I recommend this, if you have some patience with it's physics...
"Meat Madness" is a very badly made first person adventure/platformer/narrative driven "horror" game. You fall into a meat tunnel (is that what the kids are calling it these days?) and you meet other people in the meat tunnel and have a chat with them. A weird theme accompanied by an absolutely awful quality technical delivery. It's unambitious, unpolished and buggy. This feels more like a tech demo or a project smacked together hurriedly to try make a kind of minimum viable product just good enough to pass the developers unambitious idea and shove it into Steam Direct to see if you can actually pay $100 and publish junk through Steam Direct. Yeah, you can. Is this good for gamers? Nope. The graphics here are particularly awful, low poly assets with garbage textures and an even more garbage screen filter, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Let's look at the price and what kin…
The game is extremely buggy. The terrain wildly spasms about and makes it easy to get lost. I don't know why the devs haven't fixed this, but it has made the game nearly impossible to play, as there is nothing to confirm whether the terrain is solid or just the game being glitchy. Please fix this, and I will continue to play the game.
Very cool concept and plot ruined by unskilled devs! The game is a buggy mess, with game-breaking bugs. Skip it and don't waste your time.
