Infiltrate a dense jungle as Naked Snake, using dynamic camouflage and close-quarters combat to outwit enemies in this origin story of legendary espionage. Master a unique blend of tactical stealth, survival mechanics like hunting for food, and hand-to-hand combat that revolutionized the stealth genre.
The game is set in a deep jungle environment.
Snake must find his equipment and use various camouflage which allows the player to deceive the enemy's eyes and face paint that matches the surrounding environment, providing a unique stealth gameplay experience.
The game is also packed with new action elements which allow players to capture jungle animals for food and to regain stamina, and Close Quarters Combat (CQC), a combat system based on martial arts for fighting enemies at close range.
An exclusive digital Screenplay Book and Master Book that details the story and characters in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater are also included.

the greatest game ever made. no doubt. it is not my favourite game of all time, but i simply cannot argue with the quality on display in this game. to explain exactly why would be impossible, you just have to play it and keep in mind that this game released in 2004. ahead of it's time (as were the first two games).
