About Midnight Kebab
We operate a machine that emits radiation and sends signals directly to customers’ brains while they eat in the restaurant. If the signal is used too frequently, it starts affecting us as well.
Heavily affected customers must be tested. They become extremely sensitive to radio sounds — high volume can push them to dangerous levels. Some try to protect themselves with earplugs or similar methods, which helps us identify their condition.To control the situation, we must use an anti-signal machine. If we spread too much radiation or use the signal on normal people, they start vomiting and give low ratings. The restaurant must stay above three stars, or the Ministry of Health will inspect us.Excessive radiation also attracts military attention, triggering investigations due to abnormal radiation levels.

While playing the game, it had a great nostalgic vibe with its retro-style models and characters. I really appreciated the hints that guide and explain things along the way. Other than that, the game is genuinely creepy; you constantly hear disturbing noises. Your main task is to prepare food for incoming customers, and I actually prepared the meals just like in real life—cutting the meat, chopping it up, getting it to the right consistency, and then wrapping it on a skewer to serve. That was a really unique feature! However, it turns out the customer was a zombie, which explains why they were acting so weird in the first place. After all that effort I put into making the food, they didn't even eat the meal—they ate me instead! :D And then it chased me around :D The mechanics and ideas thought out for the game are honestly pretty solid. I couldn't change the graphics settings, though, or maybe I just couldn't find the option—I guess there isn't one right now, but hopefully, that will be fixed with future updates. All in all, "Midnight Kebab" was definitely a bizarre and interesting experience! :D6 found this helpful
The game is really scary and engaging, but the radiation level drops too slowly. It feels very punishing sometimes. I liked it overall, just please make the radiation decrease faster2 found this helpful
I love these "PS1 Like" games. This one has a lot of good things going for it but it just lacks some polish right now. There's a really good base here but I'm going to have to give it a thumbs down. It just wasn't enough to keep me interested and wanting to keep playing. There are some design choices that I could've done without like the radiation. The lack of a soundtrack didn't help either. I do want to say though that I love the way the game looks and I don't think it's a complete failure. A few tweaks here and there and this could be excellent... so I don't want to discourage the developer. It's not bad but it's just not very good right now. I hate to refund this game because I want to support the developer but the game, as it stand right now; for me, holds no entertainment value and I would just be wasting my money.
