Midtvinter is a hardcore single player PvE survival game set in post apocalyptic Norway. Survive, loot, prepare, and push north through dangerous territories where every journey can end in disaster.The further north you travel, the harsher the world becomes. Scarce supplies, freezing temperatures, dangerous wildlife, and permanent consequences turn every decision into a risk.

Game Concept

NidarosYour journey begins in a small abandoned village where the climate is still manageable and supplies can still be found. Search homes, cabins, and ruined buildings for food, drinks, medicine, and equipment before continuing north.Resources are limited, and preparation is essential for survival.The BridgeThe bridge marks the beginning of the real journey.Years of abandonment have left the crossing unstable and dangerous. Automated defenses, hidden mines, and environmental hazards make reaching the other side a serious challenge.Crossing safely requires planning, timing, and caution.The NorthBeyond the bridge lies the frozen north.The environment becomes colder, harsher, and far more dangerous. Valuable loot can still be found in abandoned settlements, industrial areas, and remote locations, but surviving long enough to bring it back is never guaranteed.Wolves roam the wilderness in packs, bears can attack without warning, and the freezing climate itself can kill the unprepared.Every expedition north is a balance between risk and reward.
