it is a quirky game, its pretty good for a casual FPS suck in a room game... however i personally do not think it is worth the price. it runs well, it is pretty smooth, no customization of anything really, super limited space to place gear/equipment you use regularly... shelving for eggs and chemicals/vials is rediculously small and absolutely useless because of that... far as i can tell you cannot hire assistants, or plan ahead... it would be better if it had a snap to grid setup for placing tables/shelving/equipment (on floor, on tables, etc.) to help better organize space... it would also be a major help if you repare or get rid of the junk that clogs certain areas of the room (upper and lower/base). if you want a casual FPS game that is a bit cartoony and dont mind spending the money this one is for you, also aside from the garbage that blocks movement the game runs spoothly.

I first want to point out that this is effectively a demo for Monster Lab Simulator, and that the job of a demo is to demonstrate the appeal of a game and to make a good first impression that makes you want to play more. With that In mind, here is my experience with the demo: I try to follow the tutorial, only for it to bug out and get desynced from my progress in the egg-making phase and fail to recognize that I've already incubated it, forcing me to make and incubate another egg to progress. I try to experiment with that second egg by giving it one of each element as is supposedly a part of the game's appeal; only to be disappointed by getting nothing and belatedly realizing that experimenting is not allowed in the demo. Only the four most basic and obvious types are allowed. I hatch one of each basic element and realize they are nearly palette swaps of each other. I didn't remember the trailer and now that I've seen it again that appears to be a flaw with the game as a whole. At that point I quit. Maybe it does have better parts I didn't see and maybe I'll come back someday and decide that I like the game, but for now the purpose of a demo is to demonstrate the appeal of a…

Half baked AI generated built for mobile app and microtransactions. Annoying grind for a reward that doesn't exist.
