I died way, way too much and I couldn't save my progress to come back later and play more/finish the game. Thumbs down for me, ended up not being fun.

This game is not a ten out of ten , i have a good few problems , just streamed this game and it lasts about 1 hour 30 mins , however it would take fifteen minutes if you knew where you going , i had many times of inconsistent game play , one second im dropping demons who are in the centre of my screen next to me and the next second i have to nearly have pin point precision and shotgun range to hurt them , my least fav part of this game by far is the wendigo demon maze chase , 1, he moves when you look at him makes no sense when you are told not to , this is the same for the final fight and 2. there simply isnt enough supplies for a fresh player finding the exit , i found it after 2 deaths (of the wendigo being stuck behind me in a wall) , my fav part was the school 100000% the best part , awesome atmoshphere, however a quick note is that the dev should fix the exploit of items reloading when entering an area such as the gas station , where u can enter and leave for unlimited health and batterys, in conclusion this game needs big bug issues and issues with the flashlight and boss consistency before i can recommend this game 4/10 p.s i am judging on gameplay , game looks great for t…

Very atmospheric game made with passion. It has intriguing story, scary monsters, nice scares. Can easily be completed in one sitting, so makes a perfect horror story for a snowy evening. You can clearly see the influence, so if you like Silent Hill, moody and creepy atmosphere, eastern European apartment blocks, snow, or you are from Latvia then you should definitely check it out. 10/10

Seems like the positive reviews are from people who played this for like 10 minutes and quit.. You have to beat it all in one life, even though it's not long and it has checkpoints, but really in awful places and too far and few in between. Sure the survival / combat stuff, what little there is, isn't an issue, and you can grind out items by repeatedly leaving and entering a building (since EVERYTHING respawns then), but oh my god, the jumping puzzles. The controls are way too awkward and awful to have them. Please put a save mechanic in OR put the dang checkpoints BEFORE THE JUMPING AREA where you die when you mess up. This is more of an infuriating than scary game. It doesn't cost much and may look charming, but sadly it is ruined.

This game had one of the creepiest moments in my play history at one moment but I'm not gonna spoil that here. Recommend and buy to support smaller studios / developers.
