About No Questions Asked
Day 1, 7:48
You close the drawers and get the car keys off the desk. The first delivery's not far from here - hopefully you won't waste too much time in traffic.

Day █, 18:32
Sal pours you another Conviction, as you mentally map out the gathered clues. Visit to █████'s place yielded more questions than answers - who's involved? And why? You shrug, waving away cigarette smoke with your hand. Someone in this damn city knows something about ███'s disappearance... and you won't stop short of finding them.

In NQA, the mystery unfolds along your choices. You might follow the story, or simply do your job - as a Courier. The city presents you with several paths:
- branching dialogues,
- scenes reacting to your actions... and the influence of drugs,
- a number of endings and varying ways of reaching them.
However, keep in mind that time flies - and different opportunities arise and disappear.

"No Questions Asked" is a 2D retro pixel point and click adventure that unleashes untold horrors as faceless monsters work together in a "noir" pixelcrap environment. You control one of the faceless monsters, tasked with visiting locations, collecting clues, and navigating branching dialogues to solve the mystery of a friend's disappearance, all while contending with time constraints. You would have thought more of the game would be oriented around the point that everything is a horrible, faceless monster. But no, it's about your missing friend, a horrible, faceless monster who went missing. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. This is only free in a rudimentary sense... the developer has their hand out for a $1 USD "donation" fo…2 found this helpful
Succinct yet interesting, I recommend if you want a game you can play for a hour or so. Took me about a hour to get all endings. Surprising amount of depth for a free game and has a nice atmosphere to it. I recommend to anyone who may be interested in point and click games.1 found this helpful
