About Nullum

Nullum is a minimalist puzzle game.

The goal is to eliminate all tiles by creating matching numbers.

Rules: A tile can only be moved onto an adjacent tile. If they have the same number, both are eliminated; otherwise, they’re added together.

Make the right sums and eliminations to clear the playfield and unlock the next challenge!

- 40 handcrafted levels
- Original music composed specially for this game.

Note about controls: if you see a tile with the question mark, right-click it.

5/10 Interesting math puzzle in a minimalist presentation. What is it: A math game in which you have to combine number tiles until there is nothing left. You can move a tile over one of its 4 neighbors. If they have the same number, they both disappear. If they have different numbers, the dragged tile is added to the other tile, forming a new number. You have to figure out the right combination of additions and annihilations until no tile is left. Sounds simple, but the game can be quite hard. Other mechanics used in only a few of the levels are: having a few tiles that you must decide where they should be placed, and having a tile whose value you must pick. The concept is interesting, a good math challenge, but the implementation is too minimal. How hard is it: Moderate. How long is it: 40 levels, can be done in 1-3 hours. Levels must be done in order. Level design: OK, not much diversity, but the levels don't feel repetitive. Unfortunately the extra mechanics are used in only 2 levels each. Quality: Brutally minimalist. Just volume and fullscreen toggles, which don't survive a game restart. Proper level select, but no level skippin…

Played on Steam Deck. Simple small minimalist puzzle game. The concept is something I haven't seen done before, nice to see something unique.

Fun little puzzle game. Simple to understand, but thinking and adding required. Took a little less than 2 hours for me to do the 40 levels.

Fun little puzzle game... as long as you like math... but its just addition so it should be easy right? ...Sometimes.
